A delegation of 30 individuals from Ukraine will be in Alberta from May 3 to 17, 2009 to participate in a two-week training program, as part of the international project "Inclusive Education for Children with Disabilities in Ukraine, 2008-2013".

Lastivka
Project Lastivka is CURT's latest initiative. The project was developed through
collaboration of researchers from Grant MacEwan College, Edmonton, Canada and the
Institute of Special Pedagogy, Kyiv, Ukraine. The scope of this project is to provide
professional translation of selected research articles published in the journal
'Exceptionality Education Canada'.
The goal of the project is to distribute the latest
research in the field of inclusive education and special pedagogy among Ukrainian researchers,
academics, educators, students as well as the general public.
